The eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2025 welcomes sporty families (and friends too) to the race!

Life will already be buzzing at eXtremeMan Square on the morning of August 9, 2025. We are preparing to host running races as well. And that’s not all! We’ll continue the next evening too. But how exactly?
We trust that many representatives of the fairer sex will accept our invitation to experience what it feels like to “just run and smile” on the eXtremeMan drive,
and then cross the finish line at eXtremeMan Square.
Our women's running race titled “Just Run and Smile”, starting at 9:30 AM, will challenge participants to complete a distance of approximately 2,200 meters on a 3 × 700 m loop course, with a short final sprint section.
The Nagyatád gate, erected at the center of the race headquarters, will be clearly visible from all directions. This gate will serve as the starting line for the ladies, and following the route as marked on the map, they will complete three “laps” before finishing under the same finish gate that will welcome the finishers of eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2025 the next day.
Thanks to the map below, spectators will be able to easily plan where to enjoy the race — and of course, cheer on the runners in our women’s event!

At 10:00 AM, join us at the official opening ceremony of the eXtremeMan Nagyatád race!
As soon as the opening ceremony concludes — while the running course is transformed with minor adjustments into a true arena —
the next event will follow:
The eXtremeManó Kids’ Race!
At 11:00 AM, the first to take the stage will be our adorable little ones aged 1 to 3 (born 2022–2024),
as they get a taste of what it’s like to run down the finisher’s lane.
They’ll take on a 100-meter “joy run” from the Nagyatád gate, through the “Welcome to the finish line” arch, and all the way to the official finish gate.
The slightly older children will already get to race inside the “arena.”
At 11:10 AM, the 4–5-year-olds (born 2020–2021) will inaugurate this course by completing one full lap.
The distance is approximately 400 meters — not an easy task for the little ones, so there’s still time (and need!) to practice before race day. After all, it’s never too early to teach our children that “the journey itself is the goal.”
This race also starts from the Nagyatád gate, but here, the little runners will head in the direction of the campsite, circle around the green grassy area, then turn back at the eXtremeMan giant letters toward eXtremeMan Square. Just like the participants of the main race the next day, they will turn onto the finisher’s lane at the line of the eXtremeMan113 finish gate, pass through the “Welcome to the finish line” arch, and reach the official finish gate.
At 11:20 AM, the 6–7-year-old “manók” (born 2018–2019) will start from the same place as before — the Nagyatád gate —
but they’ll be challenged to complete two full laps, which equals approximately 700 meters.
At 11:30 AM, it’s time for the 8–9-year-olds (born 2016–2017).
The starting point and course layout remain the same,
but these participants must now complete three laps, totaling about 1,000 meters.
After receiving many enthusiastic requests, we have added one more heat to this exciting morning:
At 11:40 AM, the 10–11-year-old “manók” (born 2014–2015) will take their turn.
The start location and course layout stay the same, but they will now have to count to four —
that is, complete four laps, totaling approximately 1,300 meters.
At 11:50 AM, the Stroller Race will begin:
on a gentle single-lap course (400 meters), daring moms and dads can race one another —
pushing their little ones in strollers!

But why does the title address friends (as well as family members and acquaintances)?
Because we want as many people as possible to experience the unique atmosphere of the eXtremeMan drive — from the inside, meaning from the running track itself.
Who knows? A special friendship — or perhaps even a lifelong love — might begin here...
We truly hope that sport, running, and one day perhaps even triathlon will find their way into your hearts.
On the evening of August 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM, while part of the main race field is already sipping a cold beer in the finisher area, or relaxing under the caring hands of the Relax Team’s massage therapists, something special will begin — a “restart” designed for relay teams.
This is for those relay teams whose cyclist member unfortunately missed the time limit.
They will be given a new white timing chip and be restarted on the run course.
In previous years, this has always been needed — and we are preparing for it again this year.
These restarted relay runners will gather at the same place as the Nagyatád Marathon Running Festival participants.
Then, in a mass start (based on past experience, this means about 3–6 runners),
they will head out toward the Nagyatád Gate,
and after a short lead-in run, they will cross the timing mat, officially joining the course —
bringing new color and momentum to the run course.
The gathering point — or you may call it the starting area — is marked on the map with a blue circle:
a shaded area next to the run course, on the curve leading to eXtremeMan Square, directly across from the giant letters.
Following this 6:00 PM relay restart,
the run course will be opened to all adventurous runners who would like to test themselves
on the eXtremeMan Nagyatád course, as part of the Nagyatád Marathon Running Festival.
Participants of the Nagyatád Marathon Running Festival can start their chosen distance any time after 6:00 PM,
even later in the evening.
Their timing will begin the moment they cross the timing mat during their lead-in run.
That single chip beep will be their official starting signal —
from that point forward, they are officially on the course, and almost immediately,
they’ll turn into the finisher lane leading onto the eXtremeMan drive,
right around the eXtremeMan113 finish gate.

The runner’s official time begins when they reach the timing mat during the lead-in run.
A single “chip beep” will serve as their starting signal — from that mat onward, they are officially on the course, and almost immediately they will turn onto the run-out lane leading to the eXtremeMan drive, right around the height of the eXtremeMan113 finish gate.
If someone would like to get a taste of the race course atmosphere, we would be honored if they let us know in advance by signing up —
so we can properly prepare with bib numbers, timing chips, and medals.
Please note: on-site registration will (almost certainly) be available in limited numbers only!
Our registration platform is now open.
We warmly welcome everyone to the START LINE!
We kindly ask all future participants of the Nagyatád Marathon Running Festival
to show respect and discipline, and to cheer fairly and sportingly —
in honor of those athletes who have already been racing for over 10 hours!
