Frequently asked questions about registration and the start package

What is the registration? 

From 2022 the entry will have two steps. The first is the registration. With registration you enter the race where you would like to participate. You can start it in autumn. The registration fee will be bigger with time. 

What is the race pack? 

The second step is to choose a race pack, and this is when your entry is definitive. Two months before the chosen race the race packs will appear in the page, which fee will not change till the end of the entry. The basic race pack is obligatory and you can ease it according to your style. The basic race pack will contain the main services of the race. The extras are more meals, accomodation, T-shirts, and personalized gifts. 

What does the basic race pack include? 

It will be different in every race. Let’s see the basic race pack of eXtremeMan Nagyatád: race number, swimming cap, labels, requirements of the timing, chips,  armband to use the swimming pool, the use of the refreshing area during the race, finisher medal, some bakery product and liquid in the athlete’s garden and a short refreshing massage after the race, we think it will also include the finisher T-shirt.

What kind of products/ services can be added as an extra to my race pack?

It will be different in every race. Let’s see the extras of the  eXtremeMan Nagyatád: backpack, more meal or accomodation tickets, personalized T-shirt, race number and gifts you can even order more finisher T-shirts.

What should the relay do?

The captain of the relay should make the registration (only one registration is enough for one relay). It is not necessary to tell the number of the team. It will be fixed in the entry when you choose the race pack. The basic race pack will contain the essential parts and you can add extras as you wish. 

Is it possible to cancel my registration?

Yes, still the 31 of december in 2022, after this time no. It can be done in the profile under “my entries”. 

Can I cancel my race pack?

No.

What happens if I would like to participate in another race? 

By registering, you do not make your final choice. You can freely change your registration to another race on the same weekend (for example in the eXtremeMan Nagyatád you can participate in relay even if you did the registration in individual, or you do not have to say the number of your relay team at the registration time). If there is a difference between the two registration fee we will account it for you. Always the time of the basic registration counts. 

And what about the package entry, can I change it too?

Package entry  can be changed  between the events organized on the same weekend. For example: in Gyékényes you are not prepared for the olympic distance, but you like the sprint one or you make a relay in Kaposvár and an individual in Nagyatád.

Why was this change necessary?

The special situations require unique solutions. It is hard to say the prices of spring or summer of 2023.  But the entry can not wait. This is why we divide the entry fee to registration fee and race pack fee. With this option we can plan and reduce the risk of the price’s change. 

Why is it good for you?

With the registration you push the “start” button, and it means more than a maybe. 

With registration you show us (to race organizers) that we can count with you, because “ I will be there!”

We give you the chance to optimize your entry fee, that you will have the opportunity to choose your race pack.

With installment, you can pay your entry fee in two parts. 

And we can start to work, that your race day becomes an unforgettable day of your life, with the best conditions.
