The eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2023 invites sporty families (and friends) to the competition !

The eXtremeMan Square will be buzzing with life on the morning of 4 August 2023. We are also preparing to organise running races. What's more! We will continue the next evening. How ?

We hope that a good number of the women will accept our invitation to try what it feels like to "just run and smile" on the eXtremeMan drive, and then cross the finish line at eXtremeMan Square.

Starting at 9:00 am, participants in our women's race, the "Just Run and Smile" race, will have to run approximately 2,200 m on a 3 x 700 m + a short run course. 

The Nagyatád gate, which will be set up in the middle of the race centre, will be visible from all sides and will serve as the starting point for the ladies to then run as indicated on the map,

three "laps" to the same finish gate as the finishers of the eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2023 the next day.

You can also use the map below to plan where you can watch and (of course!!!) cheer on the women's runners.

 

The announcement of the results of our women's race will soon be over - while this track will be transformed into a real arena with a minimum of alterations -  the eXtremeManos race will follow:

At 10:00, the first to try out what it's like to run down the runway will be the 2-3 year olds (2020-2022):

        They will have to run a 100 m distance, which is a real "fun run" from the Nagyatád gate through the "Welcome to the finishline" gate to the finish gate.

       The slightly bigger ones can compete in the "arena".

        At 10:10, the 4-5 year olds (2018-2019) will inaugurate this track by completing a lap 

        The distance is about 400 m - not easy for the little ones, but you can and should practice until the start, because it's okay to teach your kids at this age,

        that "the journey is the destination".

This run will also start from the Nagyatád gate, but from there you will start in the direction of the runner's camping, run around the green grassy area and then turn back to the eXtremeMan square at the eXtremeMan giant letters, and then, like the participants of the next day's big race, turn into the finish corridor at the eXtremeMan113 finish line gate, pass under the "Welcome to the finishline" gate and arrive at the finish line.

At 10:20 for the 6-7 year old (2016-2017) elves at the same place where they have always been

                      - will take place at the Nagyatád gate, but they will have to complete two laps, and the distance will be 700m.

       At 10:30 am, the 8-9 year old elves (2014-2015) will follow,

                      the course and the starting point will remain the same, but they will have to complete three laps and the distance will be about 1000 m.

           After many requests, we have added another race to this busy morning:  

           At 10:40am, the 10-11 year old elves (2012-2013) will be next, with no change to the starting position and course layout,

                    but they will have to count to four, i.e. four laps to complete, and the distance will be about 1300 m.    

           At 10:50 a.m. the baby carriage race will start, with a gentle course

                  - 700 m in two rounds, where enterprising mums and dads can compete against each other in a gentle race with their "driven" cars and babies.   

And why is the title addressed to friends (other family members and acquaintances) ? 

We want as many people as possible to get to know the eXtremeMan  atmosphere from inside, from the track.  

Who knows, maybe this is where a special friendship or even better, an eternal love will begin... we really hope that sport, running and maybe one day triathlon will creep into people's souls.

On 5 August 2023 at 18:00, when some of the field are sipping their cold beers in the finisher's area or lying on the massage beds under the caring hands of the relax team, the relay "restart" will take place at the Nagyatád gate:

Those relay members whose cycling man is "stuck" on the level time will be started on the track with a new white chip.

This has always been necessary in recent years, and this is how we are preparing this year. 

The relay teams will gather at the same place where the Nagyatád Marathon field is, but the relay teams will start with a "mass swarm" (based on the experience of the past years, we are talking about 3-6 runners at most) towards the Nagyatád Gate, and after a short run on the chip carpet they will "melt" into the running track, bringing a new colour and momentum to the running track. 

After the "restart" at 18:00, the track will be opened to all enterprising runners to try out the eXtremeMan Nagyatád 2023 track as part of the Nagyatád Marathon running festival. 
 

The timing starts when the rider reaches the chip carpet in the run-up.

A "chipping" will be the start signal for you, you are officially on the course from this mat and almost immediately (at the height of the eXtremeMan113 finish gate) turns onto the runway leading to the eXtremeMan drive. 

If anyone wants to get a taste of the atmosphere on the runway, we'd be honoured if you indicate your intention to enter - if you can ask in advance so we can be prepared (race numbers, chips, medals).

ON THE LOCATION (almost certainly) WE CAN ONLY RECEIVE ENTRIES IN A CLEARED NUMBER !

Attention!

The first 200 entries will be accepted.  

Entry fee:

2.000 HUF (payable on the spot).

3.000 Ft - but only if pre-registration is not yet full.

In order to speed up the allocation of the number of entries, please bring a banknote of 2.000 Ft each, or 2.000 + 1.000 Ft for on-site entries (if there is still space).

Women's run:

Entries must be registered by the person submitting the entry(s) - a user can submit more than one entry at a time.

No registration of children under 16 years of age is allowed, parents are asked to register on behalf of their children.

Once registered, the entry form is available. Here the logged in user can enter ladies, more than one at a time. 

If he/she wishes to enter, he/she must add himself/herself to the list. Even if you only enter yourself!

You should then check the entry list to see if you have entered as planned.

Prize: an embossed (women's) technical T-shirt, which will be handed over at the time of entry.

Running races on 5 August 2023:

We can only accept applications from pre-named runners at the prices below. The entry fee can only be paid by credit card.

As the medals have already been produced, only a limited number of entries (+3000Ft surcharge) will be accepted on site. 

To enter, you must register on the site if you wish to enter. Once registered, the entry form will be available.

Entry fee: 5.000 HUF, 9.000 HUF, 14.000 HUF, 22.000 HUF depending on the distance.
