Filling the cells marked with a red star is obligatory.
Be advised that we will post the wrist bands, as well as the race description catalogue to the person appearing in the "contact" cell.
The exact date of the pasta party is 26 July 2012 (19:30-21:30). The relay members can enter the pasta party for free.
The "Athletes garden" is available on race day from the first finishes until midnight. The competitors can use the services of the Athletes Garden for free. If You don't want to come alone, You can order tickets to the Pasta Party as well as to the Athletes Garden. The price of the tickets are 1.000 HUF - 4 Euro.
Due to technical reasons we will be able to ensure only a limited number of tickets at higher prices on the days before the race.
The awarding ceremony (29 July, 11:00) is public as well.
The relay team must consist of at least two members (or more). The names of the same members can be enumerated in the text field.
You can also tick one of the below categories if you meet their requirements:
Ironfamily: relay members are close relatives
Ironsmile: the team has only female members
Ironcouple: the team consists of only two members
The competitors of the above categories will be awarded at the closing ceremony (the awards of the ironfamily and ironcouple category will be decided by the drawing of lots, while the winners of the Ironsmile category will be picked by the speakers (subjective decision!).
The location of swimming is 40 kms away from Nagyatád. We undertake the transportation of bikes along with the competitors to this location but this case we have to charge 1.000 HUF - or 4 Euro - per person or/and bike.
After uploading your personal data you will be automatically entered into the entry sheet, however, your entry will be active only after you paid the correct entry fee. If the actual entry period is closed down, the passive entries will be automatically deleted.

"Early-discount" - till 1st February 2012: 9.000 HUF/relay member or 35 Euro
"Normal" - till 1st May 2011: 12.000 HUF/relay member or 45 Euro
"Last minute" - till 1st June 2011: 15.000 HUF/relay member or 55 Euro

Please write the name of the relay into the „notice" cell in all cases.
We issue cash invoices against the entry fees we received by post. In case of bank transfers, transfer invoices will be issued. If we get money from a private account, we can issue invoices for enterprises or for associations only if the following text appears in the assignment cell: „paid by company/association XY."
Declaration
1. As future competitors of the ExtremeMan race we accept and comply to the regulations of the Hungarian Triathlon Union and to the ruling of the organizers.
2. We take full responsibility for our personal belongings and sport equipment. The race organizers take the same responsibility only for the equipments stored in the depo, dressing rooms and in the designated bags.
3. We hereby pronounce that we are in appropriate shape and well prepared to the race. Also, we participate in the race at my own risk.
4. Our name and photo image can be freely used and forwarded to the media in relation to the ExtremeMan competition.
5. We accept that our entry can be cancelled only until 30 June 2012 the latest. In this case handling charge worths 3.000 HUF has to be paid to the Organizing Committe. The entry cannot be transferred to the following year and neither to another individual.
6. We accept the fact that our entry is valid only if we paid the entry fee as well.
